sydney...something sticks in my mind from the conference call Frank had one time. I can remember him talking about the dirty shell and getting off the pinks. He made a comment about that along the line that it would be a long time before they could straighten out the mess with the dirty shell.........(and he followed that up with this)....but they are looking at alternative means to get it done. (something like that).
Anyway....that part of the call raised an eyebrow with me. It is probably nothing....but.....i have a hunch that they have a very nice suprise for the investors.
If we can get off the pinks and they have found a clever way to get this cleaned up through the expertise of lawyers who specialize in this sort of thing, and our ticket symbol changes.....QBID.OB??....and of course we are fully reporting status.....we will finally get a fair price for our stock. Right now....at a worth of 200 million and O/S of 19.5 billion, we are worth a penny. I look at stocks that are loosing money quarter after quarter after quarter and there pps goes up while we continue to tank.
IMO.....the mm's have been doing us a favor. If our stock would have risen to a nickel and stayed there.....Frank would have no incentive to get off the pinks and complete a financial audit and report. The mm's are forcing Frank to do what ANY reputable company should do. If he fouled up and bought a dirty shell.....then by golly.....fix the friggin' thing. I believe he's in the process of coming clean. I think he wants to because his stock is worthless just like ours.
I say we are on the brink of something huge. Piece by piece this story is unfolding into its full glory. I think Frank finally realizes he HAS to get off the pinks and complete that audit and report to the SEC to achieve real market value.
The dang O/S count is high.....but when this puppy starts raking in the revs with projected subscribers (by the way, at a 25% growth in subs per month, in one year we would have 320,000+ subscribers....or 1.28 million revenue/month or 15+ million/year) they should be buying back and retiring shares like crazy. why would he want to retire and buy back shares? His stock will rise as he lowers the O/S. this is going to be a huge, huge success if he runs this publicly traded company with honor and integrity. if he doesn't...we are screwed.
this is all just thoughts going thru my head and just my wishful opinion.
