This is old dilution I bet. All those shares they sold from the last filing to institutional investors. Those investors are killing the pps but it will rebound. They honestly don't care either way as the sure money is the today money.
Cool thing about being an institutional investor. You get the shares at a 25%+ discount. Then you short an additional block with a stop loss set at 20%.
No matter the direction of the stock you'll make at least 5% and if it heads north you'll make 100%+ and just out the 20% of the short which is covered by the first block that you received at 25% discount.
