The only value the stock has is based on how much the investor wants to spend in this world of PINKs but if they can close the merger, release the 8K, provide dividends to the shareholders and prove profitable going forward we will see our payday, seems far fetched reading it but if look at the PR and SEC filings of late the company is reputably (with some shades of grey) working towards making this company grow which is just in line with my far fetched statement above. So hang in their soldiers!
