I am just now working with Schwab and with Alpine Securities. Fidelity's policy change caught me right in the middle of a DWAC. Looks like Alpine Securities might be able to handle the DWAC, and I think Charles Schwab might accept "transfers". I am exploring both and will report back my findings.
