If this is so, you can't sell what you don't have.
I got the impression from Ron de Jong, IR, that they were working towards getting the first orders from China for this JV set up with Chinese government approval, and for which we saw the signing on that snippet from China TV.
If they in fact own the patent on this product, it doesn't make sense to me that someone wouldn't want to invest in them to get them up and running. The technology, as I undestand it, with its molecular bonding, is supposed to be literally fool proof in protecting from counterfeiting products. That is a serious market niche.
