If Putnam told sunpoop that revenue was going to be better than the guidance the company gave, both he and Putnam could be in violation of Reg FD, especially if sunpoop traded on the information.

Since revenue did indeed end up better than the guidance given in the January webcast, it lends credence to sunpoop's claim of what Putnam told him.

Ask Martha Stewart what the SEC thinks about that kind of thing.

I believe she has learned that it is not "a good thing."
