Maybe you are a fool. The operative (and actual) words of his quote are. "...that they can't afford to lose." (words "spoken" by FINRA, FTC and every financial advisor) So, apparently you invested money that you couldn't afford to lose. (I'm in the green by the way. No fool here). And the Shorters are well documented here as Longs can attest.
As for your declaring Jim a fraud, cheat and swindler; that's a possible issue for another time and forum.
