I don't see where it says that. I see " Viper Networks Signs Agreement to Acquire 30% of Aequitas Energy " I don't see where it says " Aequitas Energy, Inc. has also signed the agreement"

Nowhere does it says anything about anyone but VIPER signing the final agreement. It says they have finalized but not one word saying that Aequitas Energy has signed.
