LoanGuy, I would agree with you. If you look at some of the redaction on the the court docs filed late last week, one can make out some of the words that were struck out. HLNT was not in the mood to Settle with PWC. I would guess, it's because they have a good idea of the info. that the Court will force out of Walters and Humphries. Watching all this unfold with much interest.

rdsd, Sparks will probably be posting info on the Court case sometime today. These guys don't want to have a depo as they know there is a good chance they are going to Jail.

I wonder how PWC views all of this. Not good if you ask me.

Looks like the Court is calling on Humphries to show up (both for Depo, and Documents) or argue why he shouldn't

As the rest of the story unfolds, readers will be sitting on the edge of their chairs! That is drama! Somewhere along the way we may get some realistic perspectives of recovery over all of this. That would be sweet!

In the mean time all we have is a great company being born and making huge progress with its fundamentals and foundation stones. Trading is and will continue to reflect this as more and more investors come to the party and hold longer and longer and longer as they all know the same things we do. That is UP, UP, UP over time. Well that's IMO sentiment and that's why I"m here............
