It was a sell in my book. I saw someone put a 500k bid up at .024 and it was filled quickly. You can look at it both ways I suppose. It was a buy for someone and a sell for someone.
On the flipside, there is someone with 500k shares at .025 on the ASK right now. I would consider that a buy if someone cleaned him out.
