A/S 5 BILLION SHARES can be dumped into the O/S with the flick of a pen just like they did to shareholders in the first quarter of this year with the previous increase.
Funny you speak of speculation but never contradict positive speculation such as the fantasy guess of Kool having a $60M revenue stream. Why is that? Very curious.

Increasing O/S no matter how they do it is dilution of share value. No way around that. Even if they are restricted shares when issued they WILL dilute when sold. Can't beat FACTS.
