the SEC is neither pro nor con, they just enforce THE RULES.....my point is, they see the Co raising more than enough for disgorgement, so who knows if that will get their interest, and have a bearing on how aggressively they pursue the case.....
this is just one scenario, knowing the SEC, they will keep the same glacial pace going.......
