Penny, from low to high last week

NEOM "popped" +40%.

The charts predicted that. You saw it here many times.

We are closing higher today than we opened on Monday of last week, by around 10%.

That is UP.

Like you and others have been saying, stocks go up and down.

Traders make profit on every swing.

+40% in a week last week, nothing to sneeze at.

Longs are enjoying a nice long slow overall rise over the last 12 months or 6 months, while NEOM builds its future.

Where do you get your "oh yeah it went down"?

I haven't seen anyone more negative than you lately, on any stock, short of someone who is a basher. JMO

pennyheaven: Not necessarily. Someone I know (fellow online investor bud) read his "tea leaves" and they told him it would possibly retest the lows before shooting higher. Looks like his charts told him right.

Just start learning them if you want to understand them. That's my plan. I'm not there yet and got a long way to go.

I agree. They are not as smart as they wany everyone to believe. So sad.

Penny. The thing I have learnt about TA is that it can be useful in the absence of news. Of course NEWS is NEWS, so peolpe will react to news, good or bad. But its not an exact science.

Just dont expect TA to be some kind of surrogate promise. It can be used to spot trends to some level of accuracy, and often it is incorrect, but aint that life baby?

Some people believe in Genetics, some in environment whereas I believe in a hybrid of the two.
