No clue on that one. I will be calling the broker (Spencer Edwards ) tomorrow to see if I can gather any further info. On the form 144 and why it's not on the Sec website.
Personally I have a hard time accepting what information BarChart has when it is not filed with the Sec. How could a stock related website have a SEC document that is not showing on the Sec website as being filed?
It's all a little weird, there must be something we are missing. Hopefully I can get some sort of answers tomorrow.
