Thanks jimmyt. Yes backed by logic but nothing is for certain until it happens. Part of the DD is from the AE Rights and ROFR, which I know you weren't part of.
They already tax-lossed my AE shares but that doesn't mean I don't still hav e them. I think if you tax-loss AAPU or any stock, it doesn't mean you forfeit the shares if it comes back it.
