KATX will own about 34.5 million shares of BVIG.

In the past, the Toxic Financiers had ruined
KAT beyond recognition. That's why Ken picked the 12-21-2011 as cut-off date for the S-1 spin-off .
Very smart and logical move. Lessons learned.
By doing so, Ken will get the max support from Loyal Shareholders.

Those are forward-looking statements, not to be relied upon--especially coming from Kennay.

Besides, even if KATX did get the shares, there's no reason to believe Kennay didn't dump them as fast as he could, just like everybody else, and keep the money.

Kennay doesn't file much. No reason to believe or assume anything about KATX other than that it is a totally empty shell, with no business operations whatsoever, other than selling worthless stock.
