"what's the advantage to an IR when a ceo dilutes?"

The remuneration they privately agree when no-one else is looking or hearing?

Second, who says there has to be an advantage to the IRO? The relationship was master-servant. Ken complied. What admittedly is pertinent is shy he complied if there was nothing in it for him? But that's why the whole thing is even stranger. According to you, there was nothing in it for him. Ok. Fine. So why when he found out there had been chronic dilution against his non-dilution agreement embarrassing him in front of his group of investors did he not voice his anger and do something there and then?

Hence why your dilution argument fails, miserably.

Ken Ash was absolutely aware of the dilution. If he truly was not and truly had that non-dilution contract than he would have filed a lawsuit against Jeff. Plain and simple. Only reason he wouldn't is if doing so would put him at risk for being culpable. I say that with all sincerity and challenge anyone to present an alternative reason that actually makes sense. At that time Ken was claiming ownership of over 400M shares personally and over 3 Billion shares owned by his trusted followers. He had a huge amount of personal financial risk as well as professional credibility on the line with the dilution. The only way to save both face and money would be through a lawsuit. With the signed contract he swore he had a dozen times on this very forum it would be an open and shut case. He didn't take it to court. He either never had such a contract - in which case as the IR making an official statement he would be facing jail time, or he was aware of it and aware of everything else JRB had done over the years and knew that if he went to court Jeff would simply lay everything out and Ken had just as much to lose.

There simply is no other logical explanation.

Ken and Jeff are two names are are essentially interchangeable in regards to IDCN, GIMU, PIPI, etc.
