#44318 RE: rayovac812 #44307

I agree with this statement Ray...

Unfortunately the bigger the company,(generally) the slower they will move. Maybe we get the exception to the rule, but I am giving it 6 months or to around October. Do we talk to a smaller company that is hungrier first?

I dont know the answer to the question though. It is a hard question for a shareholder to answer but not for Kim I think.
As a shareholder I would want a smaller deal tomorrow vs a larger deal next year. I am greedy. But I am also aware that the big deal later would be better in the long run. We cant have both I dont think.
I think Kim can either sell small amounts to many small companies or exclusive one large company.
I dont know what I would do in that situation. I would need to know the details but I think Kim is holding out for the larger deal. That could explain in part why people feel like time is dragging on and on. If Kim wants that big deal it does take time and he cant talk about it.

We will find out soon one way or another. Kim is getting to the point where he will have to start to show movement or a good reason why there is none. He will either have to announce a deal soon or release enough information that we understand the time it is taking. Saying nothing will only do what it has done in the past.
Long term I would not be worried. Short term does not look good if Kim stays silent
