AAPU did dissolve, but w/o a BK filing and since no payments were made we can gather that they just dissolved the shell not the entire operation...Plus my 4/8/08 Merger Notice which I posted for AAPU SHs...still no change there.
AE= A holding company for AE LTD shares(AAPU)
