I have no relationships other than idle chat. yes, I've spoken to KA (like many). never met him. never had a problem with him either. Had short conversations and some long ones too. One thing that we both had/have in common was 1) NJ natives and 2) we remember so much idcn history. Heck I owned idcn in the 90's! I remember 5 and 6 cents and under 200 mil in authorized!
I veered off into my own idcn direction in mid 2010 when I was sure that the former ceo was diluting AGAIN (and for no reason other than atm cash, AGAIN). One thing I will say, idcn t-trading at consistent %'s ALWAYS meant 'after hours diluting' in my eyes. I was right every time with that. Basic math helped me. Jeffrey stuck to the script. I walked down my own path and sold idcn. I was honest about it and got spit on from every direction here (I have thick skin so I truly don't care). After that? I bought a random small amount and simply played a very small flip or 2. Around the time ceo was tossed, I bought some 20+ million at .0001 and had to sell for cash and flipped most at .0002. I guess I was very fortunate and plain lucky! I'm so thankful that I hold none right now, but I truly am saddened for those who hold shares. I really am. Like I said, a bitter-sweet ending to idcn. (Bye JRB 1st and then bye idcn shell last). Frustrating part is the money that JRB got away with. He didn't suffer like his shareholders, unfair end game.
Investor sentiment was so high when JRB was removed and that's why we never saw a "no bid" again. That's why we saw buying too. It was like melting the wicked witch. Would I have bought back in over the next 1, 2 or 3 weeks? Good possibility! I knew to wait for otc Markets to reflect a name change AND at least a scheduling of a shareholder meeting. I wasn't taking anymore risk. I was over paranoid from PIPI. I had an sec suspension fear and even expressed that to KA recently. My basis was the ridiculous events that took place before the ceo was tossed out. (otc, wysos and website all had different info). In all fairness, I will say: KA cleaned that up really fast! I can't even envision what garbage restricted shares were thrown all over the place by former mgmnt.
