What if we're at .65-.89 cents, and they wanted to uplist, would you consider a 5:1 R/S toxic?

Thank you for the reply :-)

I did find a post referring to updated pro forma in 2009. I'm trying to get a handle on numbers assuming the hype of finally getting off the ground will cause the price to rise considerably.

Using these numbers: #msg-71092889

and applying them to projected PS and Fwd PE based on an Industry (Regional Airlines) average:

$/year 1 OS $/Share Price Proj PS
99,401,435.00 1,989,728,322.00 0.0500 0.0379 0.7586

*Net OS $/Share Price Proj PE
11,899,367.20 1,989,728,322.00 0.0060 0.0537 8.9710

*Note: Proj PE assumes a Net Profit capture of 80% of EBIT

I don't see how you can value the share price much beyond .05 and still be realistic. Buybacks would certainly be the shareholder friendly and preferred route, but ownership levels have no affect on pure valuations as they only consider OS in totality...

... @ $0.65 the Proj PS is > 13x and the *Proj PE > 108x

Monthly chart does show positive Money Momentum (ChiOsc) with projected fibs retrace between .04 - .06 by EoY
