More or less...until true value$$$ of KOOLTEL is revealed, which could be soon and hopefully more than $50,000,000 then our thoughts on target price will be vindicated. Jmo

.50 could be a possibility here if everything falls into place the way they potentially could. IMO. BTW the raise in a/s has everything to do with the merger. They had to do that IMO to accommodate the private to public entity. This happens all the time because it HAS to. Does not mean that those are available shares at all. To people that do not understand this please do some real DD on mergers. A couple of intelligent posters already posted the DD on how mergers happen and for the life of me I don't understand why they are not stickied as those are facts not speculation.
