Warmachine:I think ASYI give a small price for obtain Kooltel.But ASYI give a lot of share.And then the information(merger ok),is in public,BIG RUN for a SHARE!I think very good monay for sharholders Kooltel and debt ASYI go good for Tax Kooltel.
