Float is alot lower then thier previous plays so if APS can do what they do then $3 is very possible but hey what do I know

sad? what do you mean? All their plays have been great for trading. I guess it is sad that suckers get in every time and hold too long and become bag holders. But APS gives great opportunities. AND you have been a cheerleader for them at times.
