Blairman, you said that Santelli only has 150k shares left, which is simply not accurate.

Gharma just confirmed what I had posted and that Santelli still owns or has control over directly and/or indirectly 2.65 million shares.

The majority of the shares controled by Santelli are through a company he controls, AES Capital Partners, LP.
