I think it does work, you just have to give it some time.
When we first found it the university said it depends on
hove busy their server is. And how many are watching.
Once I got a message to come back later. Usually it will
open solid black. Then after a minute of two, it will open.
Try it again, meanwhile I'll try the "Iggles."
