Is that the % ? I was simply thinking more along the lines of how the syrup issue was raised awhile back as ICM's apples/oranges argument for why they don't infringe. Maybe that will be the point they attack as Gerry has postulated. But then, why wait until now? I'd prefer to think they just don't wish to prolong the inevitable. Then again, the word is they've got their legal expenses already covered, as we probably are diluting to pay goodness knows what expenses, legal or otherwise.
