#103333 RE: Trueheart #103328

truehart, I will say that my investment thesis had almost nothing to do with Q1 and has a lot to do with Q2 and Q3 (mentioned expecting a small loss in Q1 which is what we got but the divested JV loss was a big sore spot and revs were light IMO).

So the voiced frustrations we have over Q1 are well founded but a bit premature at least in finalizing the pitchfork party against management LOL.

As mentioned with Q1 I was quite disappointed they weren't forthright about upcoming Q1 revs results when they had the Q4 CC after the Q ended but anyway...

What is more important is looking forward. Probably more of the same with the big compensation packages (minus the cash bonuses from JV sale last year) but at the same time Q1 shows us the margins aligned with what management mentioned in the Q4 CC and that looks promising going forward.

These guys really do need to quit going to the cookie jar when it is already empty from their earlier cookie binges. Not to mention they always cut in front of shareholders when a new batch of cookies appears.

Eating too many cookies is unhealthy. Hope they realize that very soon.

I think we'll feel better after Q2.

What would be great is if they give up cookies and let shareholders have one or two cookies for a change- reduce some of their compensation, add a share buyback on top of having profitable improved results.

That might actually attract newer and bigger fish investors in this penny OTC stock. Hope springs deep. For now.

All IMO only.
