No one has to explain the term dilution just by doing DD on cbis shows what is going on........the outstanding shares are huge,,,,,,,,they get money by dilution...............probably pay themselves via dilution.
They don't care about the share price as long as they are getting the salaries in and can pay the rent...........hence the reason it will go to 0.01.
