as a stock promoter he has no clue when to release a PR and catch the momo.

LOL he is a professional stock promoter, his interest is not in keeping you green it is in distributing as many shares as possible. With 1.25 billion out this stock has a market cap of ~4.5 million dollars despite nobody having a clue as to the liabilities, convertible debt, debts..... etc... Just like a common penny scam hiding in the dark....
