Jerry didn't call him to see if Wells was operating his company or not. NO ONE CARES ABOUT THAT. Jerry called to see if Wells would divulge any information about the MERGER negotiations.

Just call Well's back and tell him to bug ASYI, and demand that ASYI release a PR or some news to get the stuuupid investors to stop calling him, ortherwise the DEAL is OFF!

What we want to hear is the following:

1) How close is the deal to being finalized?
2) What are the estimated sales, revenue and earnings for KoolTel?
3) What are Kooltel's "exciting plans" for next year. (Wells stated this in his email...)

That's all! So bug WELLS to BUG ASYI...since ASYI is NOT picking up the phone, explain to WELLs that he is the LAST resort!
