I wish I understood what ICM was thinking. War hero coment is too funny. Have they forgotton the Markman hearing already? I bet the judge has not.

Ballsy move going all in with such a weak hand. Maybe I am missing something though? Regardless of the merits of the case I think GERS lawyers have just been better at their job throughout the case. Hopefully this move was forseen and a defense already calculated. It is time for them to earn their salaries.

As Total mentioned his last post, I read the Greenshift patent as being on the method of extraction and not the machine that does it.

Lets get this done and back up to a fare valuation, double figures at least, could we see 50 cents with a win?

I think risk/reward ratio is tipped well in our favour.
