Wrong. Not all contracts are cancelled. Its liquidation with no discharge so, I kind of prefer to be a "trust preferred with claims to a class of debt" anyways....CTs are not debt but hold rights over a class of debt....Another correction is CTs are not creditors....Very important difference....even Lehman said all perspectus stands but some terms no longer exist or modified....CTs have claim to equity...you can call if you wish....i did...go figure..devil
