Excellent post for sure and great advice.
I am still here as well and owning some and not the least concerned.
Of course I already did know the possibilities as I research before I buy.
I have many come back and file and I have had a few not.
Oh Wait only one did not and that was an Illegal Pirates of Penzant scam from Canada.
Pigs get slaughtered and investors with research know the risks.
I invest no more then 150.00 in anyone that is a momentum movers and good advice for others.
Thanks again and as far as pumping this has been listed for three weeks and last Friday I was working till 11 am and did not even see it run.
Great to see the great losers pointing fingers as usual.
Of course if they had made lots of Money they would not be posting here.
As far as doing a reverse merger many people looking for shells look at the volume and number of shareholders so the bashers can not say either way here.
I have seen more on volume move to a reverse merger then be left behind and sold years later with no value.

Have a great weekend.
Dave
If you are worried here is some great advice to learn before you ever buy any penny stock.

Love the Market,

I appreciate your frustration and understand as I am invested here too and have had other losses on other stocks as well for similar reasons in the past. My recommendation is follow the following tips moving forward it has helped me limit my losses:

1.) Never invest more than you are willing to lose.
2.) Never trust others DD that you can not personally confirm.
3.) Never trust message boards as DD (assume everyone lies)
a.) Pumpers to raise the Price so they can sell
b.) Bashers to lower price so they can buy
4.) Silent companies on the OTC are the highest Risk and the Highest Gains thus refer to rule 1.
5.) Personal Responsibilty You made the Investment while not under duress therefore you and only you are responsible for your gains or losses.

Just My thoughts on QTEK and other stocks.
