The ex-manager blew a fuse and jumped into a deal that either didn't exist or couldn't happen. Artisan is well known and Sam must feel he can grown there business and integrate it successfully. This is a real company and they are growing fast in a lousy business climate. How many quarters has he improved IVFH?
That's an excellent reason to ride it out. Although I do deeply hate R/s and see no reason for this one. Hope its just a smokescreen to suck out the losers.
