Is it possible that ASYI needs to repay Merus before the lawyers will allow Kool to sign the deal?

Perhaps Merus is selling off their shares, and ASYI is diluting to satisfy debt to Merus.

Perhaps Merus is settling for 300MIL shares at this low PPS because if they do not, the Kool deal is dea, the PPS will plummet to .0001, and Merus would be bagholders themselves?

Just a thought.

Common thanks for the PM I don't have PM capabilities. However I would love to hear your opinion on if there is going to be a merger with kooltel and what is going on with that front. Could you PM me your email I have a couple of questions. Also have just researched a solid list of 6 phone numbers of directors and people in the company. I am hoping that ONE of them works and I can get some answers tomorrow. Wouldn't doubt if every single one of them is turned off however.
