I'm not an attorney but the devil is in the details.

No where in Ms. Shuman's post was there a year mentioned. You decided where to take it but don't believe it would stand up in a court of law. She could have been talking about Q4 in the year 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015.

YOU may want to read Cheryl's disclosure statement on every post. You may be enlightened.

It is becoming increasingly more apparent that RFMK supporters are winning over the majority. Cheryl Shuman is a vital asset who is very courageous in this sector. Some folks might do well to pick on some other sector to earn their pay.

RFMK will shock this sector in the next two weeks and we will say goodbye to all those kind folks who have been attempting to save us from oblivion. We appreciate the hours on end of cut & past, cut & paste. We hope you can see the light as it is staring at you and jump on the train for your own good.
