The short answer is no. I don't think, for the reasons stated, that SFIO (the corp.) will survive. As for Denverson, that whole issue is so hypothetical, it isn't even worth trying to discuss. Certainly, the ownership of shares in SFIO is not likely to help me as a shareholder of SFIO. jmho
