My account is with Fidelity. I had previously elected to receive my proxy statements via email and not by snail mail.

If you have not entered into that procedure with your brokerage house, I have no reason to think that you will not receive your proxy by snail mail in due course.

Yep, RY is right River. Mine usually comes thru Scottrade via email, but for some stocks I still get them via snailmail...don't know why.

I hate paperwork (and telephones too). I spent my whole working life dealing with both. Now I do everything I can online.
