bbillyb, if anyone here lives near the courthouse it just takes a call to find out when the hearing is scheduled. They tend to be very organized schedule-wise. On post 6077 it had the case number but that link no longer opens but it is probably on another post. I have to figure out how to search these posts!
"Next" - if you are standing in font of the line at the bank and the clerk says "Next", do you let the person behind you go ahead?? (smile) Always seems to be a mix up on that word.
One post said the lawyer said the 20th and he should know I hope. I sent an email to the company and asked that our web site be updated to keep investors informed. Getting things out in the open and clear communications with the shareholders will go a long, long way for any company.
P.S. Maybe we should tell that mean spirited lawyer who is paying his bill?
