Once again why would someone like him be on the board of asyi when he could go about where ever he wanted? Its because the deal is brewing and our timing is not their timing,and they met all the things that had a required deadline, but a PR or news of a merger will come out when they see fit on their clock, not ours or the sec. That's just my opinion and God Bless America where we can still give our own opinions.
