Chris Clarke and Randy Schneider worked together in Freedom Service Corp and another venture in which Dwyer put PR out stating they had a contract worth $500k. Obviously they never had a contract or the stock would have moved and it would have been reported in the financials. If you look through the PR of the many shells that are comingled you will find the PR.
