Interesting theory. MMs covering a stock that sells for a thousandth of a penny. I wonder, from whom did they buy the 38 million shares in order to cover the short. Amazing how the myth of the mysterious short sellers continues. In fact, a stock does not qualify for a short sale unless it is $5. This facilitates the marginabality of a stock.

We are all forgetting one very important scenario about this stock, somebody could purchase the company from Petty, anytime now, and we'd all very likely do well, possibly get wealthy, if the party is actually honest. A lot of shells are purchased because of the large shareholder base, and Petty has actual real estate, with the very real possibility of gold and other valuble minerals, granted hard to get out and transport, but still worth possibly 100's of millions over the years.
