Honest discussion, YES, but that is where your theory falls apart. The posters you so fervently maintain do nothing but provide us with another, contrary, view are NOT HONEST. They have an agenda and in reading material you have posted I do not understand how an intelligent person as yourself cannot understand that.

The same could be said about those that want to separate you from your money by hyping a stock to drive the price up (I still can't figure that one out) and sell you their shares at a higher price. Whatever argument you present against bashers can be said for hypers.

Not even Agora can do that. Do you think I should call the management and verify everything? They lie. Should I call folks on the board who post positive to verify? They lie. Should I call folks on the board who post negative to verify? They lie.

Bottomline, I can't tell who's a liar. How do I know you aren't lying to me? Therefore, it's not my job as the site owner or the site admin.

I can *only* bust people on the basis of conduct or rule breaking.

I have found that among folks who are oftne deemed liars, they feel the need to use aliases. This includes long and short. There's your way to get rid of liars.

Further, I've booted many of people who I know are just there to cause trouble. EDIG, IDCC, all kinds of boards. However, I will not boot those who talk about the stock and not the people. If all their messages are "When is the President getting arrested..or when's this POS going to zero", then sure I boot them. But if they at least do some T/A or F/A and post it, then I have no problems with them.

Show me where someone is there solely to cause trouble (as referenced above -- there is a serious difference in engaging you in a debate and just being there to cause trouble) or they are breaking the rules of the site and I'll boot them for you.

If my messages are "not honest" why hasn't anyone come forward with evidence to refute the alleged lies?

My assertions are consistently refuted with ad hominem attacks, of which never address the alleged lies.

There exists sufficient reason to believe e.Digital management may have fraudulently misappropriated an asset of the corporation by disregarding standard business practice and with disregard for their fiduciary responsibility owed to the corporation and the shareholders of the corporation.

EDIT: I have also articulated the reason for my concern. Unless you can equally articulate why my concerns are unfounded, I advise you to immediately cease from alluding to my comments as lies.
