Simple...cause it ain't SPAM...lol...there are some very cunning linguists on this site that know how to post just within the TOU and while they may not be violating the letter of the SPAM rule, they certainly are violating the spirit of the rule. They know just how to push the envelope without getting sanctioned; it's a pisser but there you have it...
