Let's assume for the moment that what you say is true, but also keep in mind his duties as DKGR IR as listed below.
Now since you are so close, and know Peter so well, please ask him why he would do IR work for a company that claims to have all the oil wells they list on their website, but can't be identified/verified on the PA site I listed. That is part of his job description. If he can't answer a simple question like this, then he has no business being the IR person.
