TECO's 10K and/or 10Q filings were rumored to be filed this week.
IMO if that happens then it might spike the PPS into the low 5's.
If no filings then Friday might be the best intraday buy. If waiting longer than that then next Tuesday starts a new trading week and the possibility of news and/or filings sometime during the four day week. Then knowing TECO we have this coming Xmas when we still might be waiting for drilling to start! LOL! I'm just kidding and being a wise arse! It's always a roll of the dice when hesitating to buy. News and filings are imminent.
