Like I said in the earlier post, I see them either using appbackr or dilution to further the company.

IMHO expect to see News Release > Stock Promotion > Dilution into the buying spree from Stock promotion > PPS settling around .008 after the bump to .016 and then if promotion and stock dilution successful, further press releases once a month to hold the .008 - .012 range until Merlin release.

In order to do the above plan they had to increase A/S.
