My sources say that this will be one of the hottest reverse mergers this summer. Based on the low pps and market value which is rediculously low this could touch $.25 or higher based on how investors view/value the private company coming in. Rumors are that the private company is valued at $10,000,000 and if that is true, LUXD is guaranteed to touch $.07 to $.08 which is way more than a 10 bagger. If LUXD gous to the multi penny stage , There will be a lot of happy campers. I suspect that the bids will be stacked come this Monday due to all the anticipation of a real big Reverse Merger.
