They couldn't buy if we refused to sell, at least at these levels
And trying to force the issue on their part would seem a tad illegal, like insider trading if they're buying now with info the rest of us don't have

I wasn't agreeing/disagreeing with what PERT may/may not be doing. I was only establishing the fact that I saw PERT on the bid/ask of 90% of the pennies I looked at on L2 since other posters implied the PERT would only be here if supporting someone who was accumulating since no one would use PERT to trade pennies. However, they are everywhere, so seeing them should not solely imply why they are here. What they are doing while they are here is another story, but I have not had time to analyze their trading pattern(s).
